YOUR ROLE

• Ensure all functions of Operation, Maintenance and Management of Network and Security infrastructures and supported services.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and manage relationships with suppliers/manufacturers.
• Control equipment stock.
• Ensure the update of infrastructure and solution records.
• Develop procedures.
• Continuously analyze infrastructures, proposing improvements.
• Integration into the prevention scale.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in Firewalls CheckPoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet.
• Must have experience in opening cases and dealing with TACs from different manufacturers.
• Must have strong knowledge of Cisco equipment (Nexus 5K, Nexus 7K, Nexus 9K, Catalyst, among others).
• Knowledge of load balancers from manufacturers F5 and A10.
• Must have strong knowledge of dynamic and static routing protocols, switching, layer 2, IPv4, IPv6, VXLAN, MPLS, QoS.
• Must have troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment and service failures.
• Strong analytical skills to assess network performance and identify security vulnerabilities.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to address and mitigate network and security issues.
