Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group, Inc (YSG) is seeking a Mission Command (MC) / Tactical Communications Network Analyst to support the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) Support Services’ TRADOC Capability Manager for Infantry Brigade Combat Team (TCM-IBCT) Vehicle DOTMLPF Integration. YSG will provide professional services to monitor, participate in and report on IBCT Warfighter Forum (WfF) activities, conduct unit visits, collect user lessons learned and provide subject expertise of Tactical Vehicles, related Mission Command capabilities, Capability Needs Assessment (CNA), and Science and Technology (S&T) related to IBCT Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) developments and assist in the integration of these developments into IBCT formations.
Mission Command (MC) / Tactical Communications Network Analyst will apply mission command subject matter expertise in the development and integration of current and future vehicle mission command requirements as they apply across IBCT DOTMLPF domains.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
Observe and/or participate in vehicle mission command experimentation and evaluations related to IBCT
Provide TCM-IBCT written correspondence that describes activities, analysis, assessments, results and/or decisions based on these events, within 5 working days of event completion
Monitor mission command and tactical communications network related activities at TRADOC Centers of Excellence, acquisition organizations, and relevant defense industry contractors to establish and maintain an active continuity record of ongoing relevant activities as they relate to IBCT
Monitor mission command and tactical network related work groups, management reviews, demonstrations and meetings that focus on tactical network developments, integration and/or any significant change(s) that have an effect inside IBCT formations
Perform other assigned tasks relating to mission command integration.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
BS or BA degree
Strong computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel, Power Point)
IBCT Warfighting Knowledge Management: Six months or greater experience scheduling and coordinating unit visits and collecting, reporting and managing information gathered from these visits and six months experience serving in a BCT or in a TRADOC organization conducting IBCT specific DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, Department of Army Civilian or Defense Contractor
DOTMLPF Vehicle Mission Command Integration: A minimum of six months experience performing BCT or below, mission command, DOTMLPF development and integration tasks and six months experience serving in a TRADOC organization conducting general DOTMLPF development or integration, as a Soldier, Department of Army Civilian or Defense Contractor
Capability Needs Assessment: Familiar with the CNA process with the ability to conduct DOTMLPF analysis across the IBCT formation in preparation for the ARCIC Portfolio Assessment (APA)
Experience with the ArCAT.

Army concepts, including TRADOC 525-3-0 Army Capstone Concept and TRADOC 525-3-1, Army Operating Concept
Army's doctrinal and combat development processes

IBCT missions, organizations, and operations
Clearance: Secret Clearance Required
Location: FT Benning, GA
Travel: CONUS and OCONUS Required
