We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator / Network Engineer to design, manage, and optimize secure network infrastructures across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, troubleshooting, and infrastructure documentation, with the ability to support enterprise-scale systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This an onsite position in Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design & Configuration: Design, implement, and support network solutions, including switches, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and CSP circuits (e.g., AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute), aligned with organizational goals.
• Issue Resolution & Optimization: Troubleshoot complex network issues, conduct performance testing, and decommission legacy infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal disruption.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date network diagrams and technical documentation. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal staff to support ongoing operations.
• Collaboration & Project Involvement: Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to manage network initiatives and contribute to enterprise technology strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years in network administration or engineering roles
• 5+ years configuring and troubleshooting switches, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and cloud circuits
• Experience with project management in an enterprise setting
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AZ-700

Performance Monitoring:

Performance will be assessed through regular feedback sessions and client oversight via email and virtual meetings.
