Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret CAD and architectural drawings.
• Consult on store layout, branding façade, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Guide on best practices for store visibility, customer walk-through, and in-store experience.
• Advise on construction materials, including concrete, paver blocking, false roofing, etc.
• Provide insights into the commercial aspects of building materials and construction.

Required Experience

• Preferred: Experience in setting up customer-facing retail setups, including shopping malls and standalone retail stores.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and their application in retail environments.

Skills & Expertise

• Proficient in CAD & architectural drawings.
• Expertise in store design and improving customer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials and their commercial value.
• Strong communication skills for client and team consultation.
