Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite FSM Implementation Consultant to lead the replacement of Shepherd CMMS with NetSuite’s Field Service Management SuiteApp. This role involves project analysis, configuration, customization, and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with operational and business needs including job costing, scheduling, and field service automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document existing Shepherd CMMS features, scripts, fields, and forms.
  • Perform sandbox refresh and plan for safe deactivation/removal of Shepherd CMMS.
  • Implement NetSuite FSM for:
  • Install Projects (Pre-install, Planning, Design)
  • Break-Fix Repairs
  • Maintenance Contracts
  • Configure FSM features including:
  • Scheduler, Workforce & Asset Management
  • CRM Tasks, Consumables, Expense Tracking, Checklists
  • Mobile app access for field employees
  • Ensure proper setup for items, employees, locations, support cases, and reports.
  • Enable job costing clarity and support project-level P&L tracking.
  • Lead solution design, documentation, configuration, and user enablement.

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise in NetSuite FSM, including project and asset management modules
  • Strong knowledge of field service workflows, scheduling, and mobile work order management
  • Experience with job costing and project accounting
  • Ability to document procedures and technical configurations
  • Familiarity with customizations including scripts, fields, and forms in NetSuite
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Certification(s)
  • Experience migrating from Shepherd CMMS or similar FSM tools
  • Background in logistics, service operations, or asset-heavy industries
