What You Will Be Doing

Primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive technical support for customer design and system development. Key areas of responsibility are:

• Demand Creation: Focus on customer presentations, semiconductor product introductions, and technical sales training for the local Arrow Electronics sales team.
• Account Management: Identify selling opportunities through a planned discovery process. Proficient in understanding of customer's needs and how to translate those needs to Arrow requirements or opportunities
• Relationships: Must be able to build relationships and remain current on product knowledge and/or gaining technical certifications. Attend supplier training events to keep up to date on product line. Requires proficiency in supplier databases and keep design registration information accurate. Remain informed on current related technologies in customer base, and attend training as needed.
  
  

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in the IT sector in technical or engineering functions
• Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology;
• A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new challenges;
• Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload;
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
