Required Qualifications:
-Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
-Experience:
-Languages and Frameworks: Proficiency in C#.NET is required. Strong experience with MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and REST API development is essential.
-Web Development: Proficiency in Angular 16+ and knowledge of RX JS (commonly used with Angular) are necessary.
-Automated Testing: Familiarity with Web Application Framework and Playwright required.
-Methodologies and Tools: Familiarity with Scrum/Agile software development methodologies and experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments within Azure are needed.
Day-To-Day:
In this role, you will work within an agile development team, that includes software developers, business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts (SMEs). You will be expected to write code for the front end and the back end. You will be expected to write automated tests for front end and the back end. You will work closely with the team’s Business Analyst to define the product scope, ensuring alignment with business goals. As the Team Lead, you will be accountable for the technical design and at times will need to communicate technical information in a non-technical manner. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining an appropriate application-level architecture for the team, organizing development work, and ensuring the code quality meets the standards. You will conduct code reviews and act as the gatekeeper for the code base, ensuring the coherence of the product as it evolves. This opportunity is with one of our largest scientific research companies we partner with and is expected to be a 2-year-long project with the opportunity to convert full-time. Upon submission to our client, we’ll request two professional references.
Compensation:
$70/hr to $80/hr.
