🚀BRAND NEW ROLE – .NET DEVELOPER – Up to £55,000 + Benefits – Manchester – Hybrid (Mainly Remote)🚀
What is the main goal of getting a new job? To get paid well and enjoy it, right?
Well, the company I am hiring for at the moment has around 60 developers, with an average tenure of 5 years. Some developers have been there for 10+ years.
What has kept developers there so long?
First, growth! 90% of their Senior, Lead Developers, Architects, Principal Engineers, and Engineering Managers all started as a mid-level .NET Developer and were promoted in-house instead of being hired. They look after their developers! Internal growth is what they do best.
You don't have to wait for someone to get "hit by a bus" here. If you do good work here, they will promote you.
During the interview process, you will speak to all the different Engineering Managers to see where you can add the most value, and they will get to pick the team that you like the sound of the most.
I can't name a place that does that. Usually, a hiring is filling the gap and fitting into someone else's mould.
The main project you will work on when joining is breaking down a huge, complex monolithic made up of multiple .NET frameworks into microservices in .NET 8.
Main Tech Stack:
Don't worry if you don't think you would be a good fit for the role, as this company is all about hiring someone they can train up and improve. They don't want the finished article straight away.
You don't need a CV to apply for the role. Just easy apply and I will reach out :)
