Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for designing, developing a custom applications from ground up. * Support and develop enhancements for existing home grown applications. Minimum Required Skills: * A minimum of a 4 year college degree in an IT related discipline is required * 4 years of software development experience using all of the following .NET, C#, XML * Web Development Experience * Good communications skills, developer will work with business directly. * Good communication skills Preferred Skills: * Knowledgeable in .NET MVC * Knowledgeable in Perl and Python * Experience in load testing web application * Experience in performance optimization of .NET code * Experience with LINQ
