Key Responsibilities: 

-Identify and engage applicants, negotiating lettings transactions to achieve optimum results.

-Possess in-depth knowledge of the Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington and surrounding markets.

-Secure high-quality instructions and drive revenue growth.

-Conduct market research and present data professionally.

-Maintain high levels of communication with clients, ensuring an efficient and seamless process.

-Build a strong local network to secure new business opportunities and maintain OB Private’s high-profile presence in the area.

-Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service.


What We’re Looking For:

-Experience in Prime Central London lettings

-An entrepreneurial mindset – someone who thrives in a competitive environment and proactively seeks out opportunities.

-Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.

-Strong organisational abilities with a strategic and data-driven approach.

-Experience using Reapit or similar property management software.

-A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their performance and team success.
