• Position Overview:**We are seeking a dedicated NC Programmer to join
  
  

our Aerospace manufacturing team, focusing primarily on production

support. This role involves programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing

CNC machining processes for aero-structure components in Titanium, PH

Steels, and various Aluminum alloys. Potential to expand to new product

development.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide CNC programming support and troubleshooting during
  
  

production shifts.

• Program and modify 5-axis CNC machining operations utilizing CATIA
  
  

V5 R32, Vericut 9.5.2, and Austin NC.

• Analyze machining issues, recommend improvements, and assist
  
  

operators to maintain productivity and quality.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance
  
  

manufacturing efficiency.

• Attend Department and Company Meetings.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management
  
  

System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and

protective equipment as applicable.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
