Role : NC Programmer-Aerospace Domain (CATIA V5 AM2 + Vericut)

Location : Augsburg, Germany and Toulouse, France 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop optimum toolpaths for 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines using CATIA V5 AM2
• Perform tool prove-outs on high-speed CNC machines and correct NC programs based on FAI reports
• Validate NC toolpaths using Vericut and generate shop floor setup sheets
• Interpret engineering drawings, COS, and TOs to align machining with specifications
• Collaborate closely with shop floor teams and ensure machining best practices on HMC and VMC centers
• Define and select appropriate cutting tools and cutting parameters
• Machine a variety of materials including Aluminum alloys, Titanium, and Stainless Steel

✅ Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Production Engineering
• 8–10 years of hands-on NC programming experience
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 Advanced Machining (AM2)
• Strong experience in Vericut
• German language proficiency (B1 level or above)
• Background in aerospace manufacturing is mandatory
• Solid understanding of machining principles, tooling, and CNC validation
