MULTI.engineering is currently looking for a Naval Engineer Hydrostatics & Weight Controlfor a long term project at our clients location in The Netherlands.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Perform ship design calculations focusing on weight control and hydrostatics;
• Utilize ship design software (e.g., PIAS stability software);
• Conduct inclining tests and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and shipyards;
• Contribute to R&D, proposals, and engineering, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  
  

Profile

Technical knowledge & soft skills

• You have a bachelor degree in Engineering, Maritime or in another technical field;
• You look back at minimally 2 years working experience in a similar position;
• You have experience in the Maritime and / or offshore industry;
• You have excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
• You have European citizenship.
