We Lend is a Nationwide Private Lender focused on providing quick and low-cost capital for investment properties. We Lend’s approach to lending is centered around the investor, allowing the investor to focus more on their investment and less on the loan process


The role requires 50-75 % you to be on Road.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for building, growing, and maintaining a book of business comprised of top real estate agents utilizing our industry-leading agent branding and productivity tool. You will play a key role in helping We Lend LLC expand its footprint in the residential market.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quota and KPIs
  • Complete ownership of the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, demoing, and closing
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients ensuring they become long term customers
  • Meet and exceed a monthly sales goal
  • Become an expert on all products offered by Homes.com and Homesnap
  • Keep leads and opportunities up-to-date by adhering to the pre and post-sales processes.


What you will do:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to retention.
  • Keep leads and opportunities up-to-date by adhering to the pre and post-sales processes.
  • Be an expert on the value proposition and how our service fits the modern real estate agent's demands, goals, and needs.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • You are driven, results-oriented, love working with others to solve problems.
  • Energy and Enthusiasm. You are someone who often hears that your energy and enthusiasm are contagious.
