Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Sales Manager based in Yangon. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, and overseeing budgeting and business planning. The role involves planning and executing sales initiatives, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • MBBS or Pharmacy graduate
  • Marketing Management and Sales expertise
  • Team Management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
