Summary

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the overall operations of all HES stores across Saudi Arabia, establishing standard operating procedures.
  • Lead and manage sales target setting, sell-out target achievement, and inventory management for all HES stores in Saudi Arabia, taking accountability for business and operational results.
  • Develop display standards and guidelines for experience stores, ensuring effective execution at store level.
  • Manage personnel within the experience store system, taking responsibility for capability development of HES store staff across regions.
  • Collaborate with local employees to identify consumer touchpoints and enhance the HES customer experience.


Experience Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations and management of multiple high-end smartphone experience stores.
  • Develop and implement store operation standards, including customer service, staff management, visual merchandising, and product display.
  • Mentor and support store managers in improving store performance, customer engagement, and team management.
  • Drive foot traffic to stores through localized offline marketing activities and events.
  • Support in-store promotions, new product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Establish and improve staff training programs to enhance service quality and sales capability.


Online New Media Operations:

  • Manage and operate social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X) to drive customer interest and store visits.
  • Plan and execute online-to-offline (O2O) marketing campaigns tailored to local culture and preferences.
  • Create attractive and localized content, including posts, short videos, and online ads to increase brand exposure and store traffic.
  • Track and analyze social media data to continuously optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and store teams to synchronize online promotions with in-store events.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-store management for branded mobile phone experience stores or large retail chain stores; prior experience as a store manager is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in operating online new media platforms.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to use both as working languages.
