Pay range: Starting at $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Bonus: Up to 10% paid Quarterly

Job Description:
* Drive sales and program performance: You will lead the strategic direction and execution of a nationwide program, driving sales growth and achieving operational excellence. You will oversee and optimize sales performance across the program, ensuring alignment with national objectives and targets.
* Build and manage a high-performing team: You will build and operate a high-performing support team, including business analysts, operations managers, and Regional Sales Managers, to ensure seamless program execution. You will also foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure the program meets its goals.
* Budget Management: Develops and manages program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation to achieve program objectives effectively and efficiently.
* Champion operational excellence: You will champion the operational excellence of the program by streamlining processes and ensuring efficient resource allocation across the national footprint. You will also identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to make the program more effective.
* Analyze market trends and customer insights: You will analyze market trends and customer insights to identify program enhancement and adaptation opportunities. You will use this information to make data-driven decisions to improve the program's performance.
* Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders: You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, sales teams, and operations teams. You will ensure all stakeholders align with the program's goals and objectives.
