Supercapacitors, UPS, Switch Gear & Motor Controls for Data Centres, Industrial Plants and Corporations, you will work with established and new clients to build trust and be a truly exceptional hunter in this rare and unique opportunity. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the National Future of Power Quality, innovate, develop marketing strategies, and drive the companies growth. 
• Make swift, decisive calls to keep our client ahead of the curve, smash the mold with massive action and keep the business on a win streak! 
• Align with the company values of integrity, energy and quality, and embody a genuine want to serve and help others to grow. 
• Create opportunities for EPC Electrical Specification Opportunities and present at Board Level with the outcome of winning new orders.
• Engage in highly technical electrical conversations with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Cultivate and leverage your market connections. 
• Craft and execute robust, accountable plans for business growth and expansion.
• Build trust and influence through leading by example and with integrity. 
• Collaborate with your leaders and international stakeholders to improve effectiveness for business improvement.
• You may travel as little or as much as needed, We offer full autonomy and freedom for you to manage your schedule. 

The Person! 

• Deep knowledge of the Australian Electrical market, standards, language and legalities. 
• 10 + Years Sales in the Electrical Market with a passion, drive and a calling to make a difference. 
• A planner and leader who holds themselves accountable.
• Energetic, with strong communication skills, who is capable of selling solutions confidently to high-level engineering decision makers.
• Ideally, you will have expertise in UPS, Supercapacitors, Switch Gear, and Motor Controls and a passion for a sustainable future. 
• Ability to influence and close projects and orders, and a real love of the hunt and the sales process. 
• A desire to grow a company and lead a team.
