Responsibilities:
1、Performance achievement: setting and adjusting store operation targets according to the established performance targets of the market.
2、 Loss management: according to the loss control target, develop and adjust the store goods loss rate target.
3、 New store coordination: according to the new store opening plan, reasonable arrangements and follow-up store construction-related work.
4、Store standards management: to ensure that the implementation of the store management standards on the ground.
5、Personnel management: coordinate the store personnel management and talent training matters.
Qualifications:
1、 More than two years of management experience, market development experience.
2、Love the retail industry, result-oriented, strong execution, strong sense of purpose, mission must be achieved.
3、Strong store operation diagnosis ability, data analysis ability, problem analysis and solution ability, communication ability.
4、Strong team management skills, with leadership skills.
5、Strong sensitivity to market changes
6、Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages
