We are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead high-impact sales initiatives across large and strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle—from opportunity identification and qualification to complex deal structuring and closure—working closely with CXO-level stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and territory development while positioning cutting-edge Audio/Video, Data Networking, Cyber Security, and Surveillance solutions. The ideal candidate has a consultative selling approach, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to win large enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete sales cycle for complex, integrated solutions—from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Drive new business acquisition by identifying and qualifying strategic opportunities with large enterprise customers.
Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Voice, Collaboration, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Surveillance products and services.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align solution offerings with customer imperatives.
Build long-term, sustainable partnerships with OEMs, suppliers, contractors, and architects.
Drive revenue growth across assigned verticals such as Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality.
Manage bid processes for large and complex opportunities, ensuring high win rates.
Represent the organization in front of key enterprise clients, IT Directors, and CIOs.
Mentor and lead extended sales teams, fostering a performance-driven culture of ownership and accountability.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in solution sales for Audio/Video, Data Networking, Cybersecurity, or Surveillance technologies.
Strong relationships with key OEM partners such as Crestron, Poly, Extron, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, and Aruba.
Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Collaboration, and Networking sales across India.
Proven track record of success in verticals like Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Hospitality.
Well-connected with contractors, architects, OEMs, and supply chain partners.
Expertise in crafting and executing large-scale deals, including RFP responses and bid management.
Demonstrated ability to work with large enterprise clients across multiple geographies.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
