Role SummaryAs a Key Account Manager in the UAE, your primary mission is to align AcedrA BioPharmaceuticals’ strategic commercial goals with the evolving needs of surgical healthcare providers, both in the governmental and private sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and developing mutually beneficial business opportunities, maximizing both short-term sales and long-term profitability, and cultivating strategic partnerships that position AcedrA as the preferred partner in surgical technologies across leading UAE hospitals.
This role demands a highly proactive, goal-oriented individual with strong commercial acumen in the surgical field, who can act as a bridge between operational execution and strategic growth in high-stakes medical environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket & Account Intelligence:
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and communicate customer needs, procedural trends, OR environment dynamics, and competitor activities within the surgical segment (general, colorectal, thoracic).
Retail & Field Activation:
- Ensure effective execution of in-hospital activities (e.g., surgical demos, in-service trainings) that directly drive product usage and sales performance.
Account Financial Performance:
- Track and manage the full financial cycle of each Key Account—including budget allocations, tender cycles, pricing structures, and payment timelines.
Operational Excellence in Execution:
- Guarantee optimal implementation of the Key Account Business Plan, covering: Product availability and stock rotation, Tactical pricing negotiation, Localized sales promotions, and Tender participation support and documentation
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, procurement leads, surgeons, and biomedical engineering departments.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Regulatory, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to support product registration, KOL engagement, and forecasting aligned with account-specific demands.
Candidate Profile – RequirementsEducation:
- University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or Business.
Languages:
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Operations, ideally within surgical medical devices or hospital-based sales
- Marketing or market access experience is a plus

- Organized, persistent, and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of surgical procedures and hospital procurement pathways
