Your Role
Reporting to the Head of Implementation & Operational Key Account Management you will be responsible for managing customer-facing projects focused on implementing new or re-engineered business opportunities into the Sea Logistics network.
Your Responsibilities
* Align with the Sea Logistics Hemisphere team to continue evolving, improving our approach, and building a strong implementation community.
* Contribute to the Implementation Toolkit to maintain a consistent implementation approach within your country.
* Align with key stakeholders to ensure new implementation deliverables and requirements are captured and executed within the country.
* Maintain an overview on all open projects, key issues, and work with executive sponsors to clear roadblocks.
* Review scope of work with commercial owner and project stakeholders.
* Leader of Sea Logistics customer implementation projects, using the Kuehne+Nagel Global Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM).
* Review scope of work with commercial owner and project stakeholders.
* Ensure project charters are complete and signed off by all project stakeholders.
* Ensure the process analysis, mapping, and flow charting (As Is / To Be solution design) are complete and signed off by all project stakeholders.
* Review technology requirements vs business processes with project team.
* Create and manage against project plan to meet deadlines and minimize risks.
* Provide Weekly project updates to all project team members and update team project log with current project status info, including risk and action logs.
Your Skills and Experiences
* 2+ years' experience and expertise in sea logistics as well as forwarding/carrier operational systems experience including EDI and domestic/International Supply Chain
* 2+ years' experience working in an Operational Key Account Management role
* 2+ years' Project Management Skills
* You have an understanding of Supply chain concepts including Customer Onboarding, Implementation, Order Management, Transportation Management, and Destination Management.
* You have the ability to report to the office 5 days per week
* You have the ability to travel for business purposes

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
