About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we’re on the hunt for a National Field Sales Manager to lead a team of 33, including State Managers, Field Representatives, and Merchandisers. You’ll be responsible for driving a cohesive field strategy that delivers on commercial targets across Independent Retail, Corporate, Cafés, Foodservice, and non-traditional retail channels.
Reporting to the General Manager – Asia & Distribution, this role champions continuous improvement, revenue growth, key account management, and excellence in field execution. As the head of field sales, the National Field Sales Manager brings a strategic lens to all business activities, leads and develops state-based managers and field teams, and ensures optimal structures and processes are in place.
This role is based in our Cremorne (VIC) office, with travel required, including interstate.
What will some of your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

Ideally, you’ve navigated the fast-paced world of FMCG in a Senior Sales or Field Leadership role (bonus points if you’ve worked in Grocery or Independent channels!). You’re a strategic thinker who understands how to drive sales performance and leverage market insights to create impact.
