Job Description
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow this heritage brand's footprint in the Australian market.
National travel required to engage with customers and drive business growth.
Drive new business development by conducting in-field market research across local markets, gaining insights to tailor strategic plans for each territory.
Identify and securing partnerships with leading retailers, distributors, and small independents.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring sustainable growth and brand presence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline development to senior leadership.
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record of growing brand presence in the Australian market.
Willingness to travel.
Strong relationship-building skills with retailers, distributors, and independents.
Demonstrated experience prospecting, winning new business and closing.
Strategic mindset with the ability to develop tailored territory plans based on local market research.
Results-oriented with a focus on maximising sales performance and brand growth.
Experience in consumer goods or kitchenware sectors is a plus, but not essential.
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and travel nationally to engage with customers and drive business growth.
