The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence in the premium foodservice market across the United States. Based full-time at our Totowa, NJ office, you will travel up to 50% to meet with strategic customers, attend trade shows, and expand our distributor and national account relationships.

This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our reach in the restaurant, hospitality, and specialty foodservice sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for our premium specialty foods.
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key foodservice distributors, national accounts, and high-end restaurant groups.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor movements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional programs to maximize profitability.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to strategic customers.
  • Lead regular business reviews and planning meetings with major accounts.
  • Represent De Nigris at major trade shows, industry events, and culinary showcases.
  • Manage sales budgets, set monthly/annual targets, and report on KPIs to senior management.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in foodservice B2B sales, ideally within premium or specialty foods.
  • Proven success managing national or regional accounts and distributor partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with ability to create data-driven strategies.
  • Passion for fine food, gastronomy, and culinary innovation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% nationwide.


🚫 Please note: candidates with a background limited to restaurant operations (e.g., chefs, restaurant managers) without B2B foodservice sales experience will not be considered for this role.
