As National Account Controller, you will lead your team to develop and execute sales plans with your mult grocery customers. You will be fully P&L accountable and also expected to identify new business opportunities. The role requires managing product distribution, launching new products and leveraging category insights. Strong negotiation skills are essential for joint business planning, securing commercial agreements and optimising promotional strategies.
National Account Controller must focus on building strong customer relationships, understanding their strategic priorities and positioning the company as a trusted partner. To be a success in the role, we need people to have solid commercial acumen and revenue growth management experience. Must also be effective and successful leaders, and have a collaborative “one team” approach.
