Description: We are seeking dedicated analysts to support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Training Command Aviation Production Management (TRNGCMD APM) in Quantico, VA. These roles are crucial in managing and analyzing data for Marine Corps aviation training, ensuring efficient progression and optimal resource utilization. *** Signing bonus available for well-qualified applicants. *** Detailed Job Description: Both positions will: Ensure effective data collection, entry, and validation of NAPP data into NIPDR and MCTIMS for tracking, quality assurance, chart generation, and analysis of all Marine student pilots. Conduct research and statistical/quantitative analysis regarding production and resource utilization. Analyze pilot/aircrew production barriers to determine optimum courses of action for resolution. Participate in Barriers to Production analysis and submissions. Conduct liaison with other NAPP Program Analysts, USMC and USN training personnel. Maintain and update current and projected student information in NIPDR and MCTIMS. Provide inputs to the USMC Training Input Plan (TIP) for all USMC courses sponsored by USMC TRNGCMD. Ensure the accurate input of data into NIPDR and MCTIMS. Senior Functional Analyst Additional Responsibilities: Oversee the data analysis and collection efforts of all USMC FRS NAPP Analysts and coordinate with NAVY FRS NAPP Analysts that have USMC students. Present complex findings, recommendations, and briefs to TRNGCMD APM, subordinate commands, and other senior officials Lead FRS NAPP Analysts' efforts to answer TRNGCMD-directed NAPP-centric analysis and data requests. Oversee NAPP portion of APM SharePoint to ensure currency and accuracy. Liaise with USMC Manpower, Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) and other USMC-related areas as necessary. Requirements: For Both Positions: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Administration, or related field Knowledge of Marine Corps aviation training processes and Naval Aviation Production Process (NAPP) Proficiency in MCTIMS, NIPDR, and other relevant database systems Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance Senior Functional Analyst Additional Requirements: Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and process improvement in military aviation or training environments Advanced knowledge of Marine Corps aviation training processes and NAPP Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI) Demonstrated leadership experience in managing analytical teams Ability to communicate effectively with senior military leadership Functional Analyst Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a military or aviation context Familiarity with Marine Corps aviation training processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team
