What You'll Do
As a NA Sales and Operations Execution Manager

What We're Looking For
- Lead Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to ensure seamless integration and alignment between sales forecasts and supply chain capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales organization to understand customer needs and translate them into effective supply chain solutions and executions, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Utilize advanced problem-solving abilities and fact-based methods to identify, define, and resolve customer supply chain issues, redesigning business processes as necessary to enhance performance.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve logistics inquiries/issues and support global SAP operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics management.
- Develop and drive actions to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations, leveraging best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor key customer and operations KPIs, initiating discussions to improve performance and drive supply chain excellence. Key KPIs include:
- Orden Fulfillment :
- On Time In Full: Percentage of sales deliveries complete and made on time
- Inventory Turnover Rate (ITR): Ratio of the cost of goods sold over a period divided by the average inventory over the same period
- Order Accuracy: Percentage of orders delivered correctly without errors
- Customer Order Cycle Time: Time taken from order placement to delivery
- Days Sales Outstanding (DSO): Average number of days it takes to collect payment after a sale
- Lead the assessment of external and internal customer supply chain measurements, including On Time-In Full (OTIF) service and Cost to Serve, to achieve selling and profit objectives.
- Interpret and communicate results cross-functionally, developing and deploying action plans for improvement where necessary to enhance supply chain performance.
- Understand customer product supply requirements, interpret and integrate with supply chain functions including demand and supply planning, warehousing, transportation, and order management.
- Act as the single point of contact between Sales and Supply Chain to ensure effective and efficient coordination from translation of sales plans into operational execution.
- Partner with our customers to create value through tailored supply chain plans and strategies, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success.
- Take ownership of performance opportunities, creating and deploying actions for improvement to drive supply chain excellence.
Skills That Make a Difference
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Familiarity with supply chain tools such as SAP and Knaxis Rapid Response.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Requires technical acumen and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with logistics software and systems, including SAP.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
