Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative Multimedia Designer who specializes in 2D & 3D motion design for various type of POSM materials to enhance our offline brand visibility. While the primary focus will be on static and motion graphic designs, the role will also require video editing on a seasonal basis, particularly for retail space digital displays and LED screens.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 2D/3D motion-based POSM materials to strengthen offline brand visibility (e.g., digital posters, animated banners, in-store displays, LED screen content, etc.).
• Edit and produce high-quality digital signage motion graphics for retail spaces, incorporating techniques such as kinetic typography, cinematic product showcases, seamless looping animations, dynamic split-screen effects, and slow-motion/ hyperlapse to enhance product appeal.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure proper execution, quality, and timely delivery of visual and motion design assets for offline campaigns.
• Improve and correct lighting, coloring, and faulty footage in video projects as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand briefs and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and discover new editing technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2+ year experience in 2D-3D motion graphic design and/or video editing
2. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
3. Familiarity with digital signage motion graphics and retail LED display content is an advantage.
4. Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for detail.
5. Able to work on-site at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta would be a plus.
6. Proficiency in motion design & graphic design
7. Available to join immediately.
8. Able to follow on-site working arrangement in BGC, Taguig City.
