Now, we’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our growing creative team and help bring the Cooper’s universe to life—across stores, screens, and everything in between.
Role OverviewAs our Multimedia Designer, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Marketing team to develop and execute visual content for both digital and physical platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Cooper’s looks and feels.
Responsibilities- Branding & Design
- Assist in producing visual assets for store interiors, menus, signages, and merchandise
- Help maintain and evolve Cooper’s visual identity across all touchpoints
- Support in developing pitch decks, internal presentations, and other brand collateral
- Content Creation
- Design engaging graphics for social media and digital ads
- Animate short-form content (Reels, GIFs, stories) for product launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns
- Capture and edit short videos for use on TikTok and Instagram
- Photograph coffee, lifestyle, and store moments when needed
- Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team on creative campaign development
- Coordinate with print suppliers and external collaborators when needed
- Receive and apply feedback from the Creative Director to polish your work
Qualifications- Proven experience in multimedia design (1 to 2 years preferred; internships count!)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent tools
- Skilled in video editing and basic animation
- Eye for good typography, layout, and photography
- Interest in brand storytelling, design trends, and café culture
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus if you love good coffee ☕ and clever wordplay
