About the Role:


UNO Digital Bank is looking for a Graphic Artist with a sharp creative eye and strong digital instincts to help bring our brand to life across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create engaging visuals that cut through the clutter—whether it's for paid ads, social content, or product launches. If you’ve got a flair for eCommerce, experience with performance-driven design, and a knack for turning ideas into scroll-stopping creatives—this one’s for you.


What You'll Do:

  • Design scroll-stopping creatives for social, web, paid ads, emailers, and in-app experiences
  • Turn briefs into campaign-ready visuals that perform — and stay on brand
  • Adapt assets for different channels and formats (Meta, Google, programmatic, eCommerce, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to bring big ideas to life
  • Organize assets like a pro and deliver on time, every time
  • Bonus: Edit short-form videos for social using CapCut or similar tools


You Might Be the One If You Have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an agency, eCommerce brand, or fast-paced marketing team
  • A strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • Canva chops for quick iterations and templated design work
  • A pulse on visual trends in social and eCommerce (yes, TikTok counts)
  • A solid portfolio of digital campaigns, promos, and social ads
  • Mad attention to detail, time management, and a passion for visual storytelling
  • A self-starter mindset — independent but collaborative


Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in fintech, digital banking, or performance marketing
  • Know your way around UGC-style creatives or influencer-driven design
  • Can cut short videos with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
  • Understand creative testing and A/B experiments
