Multi-Family Construction Project Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Multi-Family Construction Project Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing multi-family construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-family construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project progression
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the construction process
• Prepare and review project documentation, including plans and specifications
• Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure they are within budget and on time
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of multi-family construction practices
• Proficiency in construction project management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus
