Multi Unit Operations Manager Qualifications And Duties
Experience: 5-6 years of multi-unit success in casual dining restaurant w/ full service bar
Background in people supervision, business management, communication and listening skills
Leadership: High-energy, outgoing personality with a track record of developing top talent
Business Acumen: Strong P&L management skills and a growth-oriented mindset
People-First Mentality: A natural coach who thrives on building and inspiring teams
Critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to delegate with good follow through
Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, local alcohol and safety and security procedures
Sets goals for, and coordinates the activities of, Restaurant Managers, Chefs, and Staff.
Maintains staff coaching, counseling and discipline. ▪ Ensures Annual staff performance appraisals, self-appraisals, are completed accurately and on time.
