Summary: Operating multi spindle screw machines to machine metal bar stock pipe fittings. Essential Functions of the role: Read and follow blueprints and shop orders for product specifications. Stocking machines with raw material Start machines, observe operations, and conduct inspections with precision measuring devices. Conduct collet changes and adjustments, change cams, gears, and adjust tooling. Operating bench grinders to sharpen tools and drills. Job Requirements: Required - 3-5 years experience operating Multi Spindle Acme Gridley Screw Machines. Required - Experience using precision measuring devices. Experience conducting setups and adjustments on Multi Spindle Acme Gridley Screw Machines, a plus. Mechanic experience, a plus. Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs.
