Industry-Leading Training Program - Grow your career with ongoing sales, service, and technical training What You'll Do As a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of AMLI, helping prospective residents find their perfect home while supporting leasing efforts at multiple properties. Your daily responsibilities will include: Leasing & Sales - Guide prospective residents through property tours, answer questions, and help them find the right apartment. Prospect Engagement - Greet and qualify leads, follow up via phone and email, and market to potential residents through social media and networking. Administrative Support - Process leases, applications, and other required documentation efficiently and accurately. Resident Relations & Events - Assist with resident retention efforts, plan community events, and respond to resident inquiries and service requests. Marketing & Outreach - Maintain relationships with local businesses and apartment locator services, and regularly shop competitors to stay ahead of market trends. Community Presentation - Ensure office, amenity areas, model apartments, and common spaces are clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service. High school diploma or GED required (college degree is a plus). Strong communication & customer service skills - You enjoy connecting with people and helping them find solutions. Saturday availability required (we're closed Sundays!).
