Brief Job Description:

We are looking for a MuleSoft Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of MuleSoft integration solutions by performing thorough testing across APIs, connectors, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
• Functional Testing: Perform manual and automated testing to validate MuleSoft flows, services, and API endpoints.
• Integration Testing: Ensure seamless integration between MuleSoft and other enterprise systems (e.g., databases, CRMs, ERPs).
• Automation Testing: Work with the automation team to create and maintain automated test scripts for continuous integration.
• Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with the development team for resolution.
• Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and functionality is validated.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing with a focus on MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and testing Mule APIs, flows, and connectors.
• Strong skills in manual testing and API testing (Postman, SoapUI, etc.).
• Familiarity with automation tools (JUnit, MUnit for MuleSoft).
• Experience with Agile testing methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• ISTQB or other QA certifications.
