We are seeking a skilled Mulesoft Business Systems Analyst to assist in the development and management of financial and integration systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience with Mulesoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, and financial systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of annual budgets, monthly forecast updates, and long-term financial plans.
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of Oracle ERP Cloud, particularly in relation to the UNF MDM and Release-2 projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and assumptions for MDM integrations (CUSTOMER, PRODUCT, and SUPPLIER) and Financial Data Integrations (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Inventory).
• Analyze RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) objects and produce data mapping spreadsheets comparing field attributes between legacy systems and Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Produce detailed Functional Specification Documents for the Integration Team to build interfaces between legacy systems and Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Analyze relationships between financial and supply chain attributes in legacy systems and Oracle ERP Cloud, and develop mapping spreadsheets.
• Prepare materials for presentations and communications with key stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Mulesoft and experience in developing interfaces.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• A passion for process improvement and a willingness to learn and implement new software and tools.
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to commute to the office twice a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Financial and Supply Chain Integration projects (e.g., MuleSoft, OIC, Oracle ERP Cloud).
