Job Description

1.Manage and oversee the MTC (Ministerio de Telecomunicaciones ) certification process in Peru for mobile phones and AIoT products and ensure the completion of certification on time;

2.Familiar with MTC certification requirement and process, like application documents, IMEI registration, user manual, warranty card, label etc;

3.Ensure compliance with local regulations for the import and sale of mobile and related products in Peru;

4.Stay informed about the latest certification regulations and updates in Peru, and monitor any changes that may impact the business;

5.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all products meet the required certification standards and legal requirements.

Job Requirements

1.Strong understanding of certification processes, particularly within the mobile and AIoT product industry;

2.In-depth knowledge of local Peruvian regulations related to product certification, import, and sales compliance;

3.Ability to track and respond to regulatory updates and ensure timely actions are taken to maintain compliance;

4.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address compliance risks effectively;

5.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments; 6.Good English speaking, writing, reading and listening.
