About The Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Test Automation Engineer to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in QA automation, functional testing, and test infrastructure on cloud platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise software systems through rigorous testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage for cloud-based and microservices architectures.
• Conduct sub-UI and UI-based testing using tools such as Selenium, RIT, Visual Studio, and UFT.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Gherkin/Cucumber or equivalent methodologies.
• Implement and manage test data strategies, including scripting and automation.
• Perform cross-browser testing and validate application performance across different environments.
• Utilize cloud monitoring services for performance analysis, fault detection, and resolution.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests into build and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in functional testing across various technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation development and scripting.
• Expertise in testing cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure) and microservices.
• Proficiency in test automation tools: Selenium, RIT, Visual Studio, UFT, Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
• Strong understanding of test data management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages: Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, and Perl.
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance testing using Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Knowledge of virtual service stub testing and RESTful API testing.
