工作职责:

Be responsible for manage and implement overall programs in terms of cost, quality and delivery, including successful management of program scope, cost/profit, resources, schedule, risk, change management, supplier management, and customer satisfaction of projects.

Work with people from different levels and locations of BW MS organizations to get the necessary support during the development of different programs

Manage/organize all kinds of activities leading to successful program launches in accordance with BorgWarner program management process, including program gate reviews, executive oversight team review, etc.

Be the owner of programs to budget, monitor, control program finance and make sure program finance meets MS requirements(financial, quality, timing, and etc.)

Prepare/submit the Appropriate Requests in quality, and have management team approved it on time;

Interact with the customers to satisfy customer demands during the OTS/PPAP/SOP-3~6months;

Report in a timely and organized fashion program status to the cross-functional launch team and upper management

Support Salesperson in quoting new business when required/assigned;

Any other issues assigned by supervisor/manager;

Employees should strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. 任职条件:

Bachelor degree in engineering. Masters degree in business administration or industry/operations engineering a plus.

Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry, at least 2 years as a program manager.

Familiar with APQP and PPAP processes

Fluent in both Chinese and English.

Knowledge of project finance a plus.

Lean Manufacturing and/or 6 Sigma training & experience.

Good communication and presentation skills.
