Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will gather and document business and technical requirements, support project teams, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams in the insurance domain. You’ll work on identifying process improvements and ensuring technology alignment with business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements

Document use cases, process flows, and system specifications

Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams

Understand SDLC and support solution delivery

Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio

Required Skills And Qualifications

Knowledge of commercial insurance and TPA processes

Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement

Understanding of SDLC phases

Experience with business analysis tools

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Basic knowledge of testing and validation

Strong presentation and facilitation skills
