We are currently seeking an MS Dynamics Solution Architect for one of our banking clients.


✅Work location: Kraków

✅Work setting: 6-8 days per month from the office

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and provide technical design guidance for major Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CME) projects.
  • Lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and present tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 and related tools.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions within Dynamics 365, including Customer Engagement, Interactive Service Hub, Field Service, and Portals.
  • Determine when to use standard platform features versus custom development, and clearly communicate rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support the implementation team by contributing to scope, technical design, planning, and delivery of solutions.
  • Guide and support project teams during implementation to ensure alignment with solution architecture and business goals.
  • Create and review technical and functional design documents aligned with industry best practices.
  • Explain complex solution components clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings, lead technical discussions, and document key actions and outcomes.
  • Assist with D365 cloud upgrades and provide support during rollout.
  • Occasionally contribute to effort estimates and solution designs for proposals and SOWs.
  • Support customization and configuration of D365 solutions during implementation.


Knowledge and Experience


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and related processes.
  • Experience with additional Dynamics modules is a plus (e.g., Field Service, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service).
  • 5+ years of total project experience, including at least 3 years in a consulting role.
  • Professional certification in Microsoft CRM or willingness to obtain one within an agreed timeframe.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 core apps: Sales, Marketing, Field Service, Project Service Automation, Portals, and Voice of the Customer.
  • Proven experience implementing and customizing Dynamics/D365 solutions.
  • Ability to design innovative, scalable solutions that streamline and automate business processes.
  • Proficient in building forms, views, dashboards, and workflows in D365.
  • Experience working with Dynamics SDK and tools like XRMToolbox.
  • Skilled in writing functional and technical specifications, including for integrations and data migration.
  • Solid understanding of CRM APIs (REST/ODATA, SOAP) and D365 architecture.
  • Programming experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud services and experience integrating with Azure components.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus).
  • Experience with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Comfortable working with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Nice to have: experience with Power BI, Dynamics Portals, Azure SQL, SSIS or other ETL tools.
  • Understanding of financial services industry and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
