• Become and act as a trusted advisor for the client acting as reliable and grounded key stakeholder in the success of the project,
• Help clients to identify new ways of working that will stimulate innovation and growth, and encourage cross-selling and up-selling opportunities,
• Plan elements of the customer engagement process, including facilitating workshops, producing minutes, actions and seeing these through to completion,
• Proactively managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring realistic achievable targets are set and managed,
• Offer mentorship to newer or less experienced professionals in our company,
• Show empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy, and negotiation skills in your communication to multiple stakeholders.
