Data Engineer & Analyst

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Integrate and manage data from various systems (ERP, EAM, CMMS) to support maintenance and supply chain operations.
• Enforce data governance policies and maintain data quality through audits and validation checks. Build and maintain dashboards and reports for maintenance KPIs, asset performance, and spare parts usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, procurement, engineering, IT) to align data processes with business goals.
• Assist with digital initiatives such as predictive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and system upgrades.
• Document data processes, standards, and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance. Troubleshoot data issues and provide support to end-users for data-related queries.

Good-to-Have

• Airline Domain Knowledge or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul
• Coordinate with Business analyst, customer and Architect

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business requirements for MRO systems and processes.
• Support continuous improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, industry standards, and audit requirements.
• Good Understanding on AWS data related services
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance requirements and the associated support technologies and applications.
• Good presentation skill to present the solution to Enterprise Design Authority forum to get the endorsement
• Technology transformation, strategy design, program governance and implementation.
• Airline & MRO transformations, automation and digitalization initiatives.
