Responsibilities:
Takes lead on resident move-in, creating a warm and welcoming environment while coordinating and maintaining a seamless, dignified, and compassionate transition
Effectively communicates the move-in procedure, guiding residents and family members through the process from application completion to move-in day
Facilities the lease signing process with residents and family members, managing annual recertification, and maintaining thorough documentation for Tax Credit files
Completes income verification, collects insurance, and documents all pertinent information upon initial residency
Ensures that each apartment is thoughtfully prepared for incoming residents. Orientates each resident while representing our Community and commitment to love, compassion, and dignity
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent required
Medicaid waiver or LIHTC experience preferred
Ability to make data-driven decisions with a strong understanding of Assisted/Supportive living sales and marketing
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
