Job Summary: The Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member to perform and manage the entire relocation process for our client’s needs. Their responsibilities include planning, organizing, and coordinating moves, ensuring seamless transitions for clients. Tasks include coordinating logistics, handling paperwork, and liaising with moving teams. Successful move coordinators have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Contacting and scheduling movers Keeping accurate records of schedules, parties involved, prices, payments, and relevant data Evaluating requests for moving and suggesting the procedures to follow Assessing current furniture inventory and making recommendations for future purchases and furniture contracts Communicating and coordinating with facilities managers Creating working lists for various parties to refer to when carrying out their duties Ensuring actions follow building rules and protocol Scheduling and hosting meetings for process updates Communicating with clients to ensure everyone stays up to date and develops strong relationships Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. Must be organized Have strong customer services experience Must have data entry and computer experience Basic mathematical skills.
