We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join our in-house creative team immediately. This role requires someone who not only knows motion design and video editing inside out but also understands visual tonality, font psychology, and brand expression. If you're someone who can turn even simple tasks into visually striking and memorable content, this role is for you.

You will work on a wide range of digital campaigns and creative projects that demand originality, speed, and finesse.

●    Create dynamic motion graphics for campaigns, social media, web, digital ads, and internal branding

●    Edit professional-quality video content (short-form and long-form) with a focus on story, pacing, and emotion

●    Understand and apply the right tonality and font usage to match brand identity

●    Conceptualize and deliver creative, out-of-the-box visuals from given briefs

●    Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and innovation

●    Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality output within tight deadlines

●    Experience: 3–4 years of proven work in motion design and video editing

●    Skills:

○  Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (DaVinci Resolve a plus)

○  Deep understanding of animation principles, smooth transitions, and kinetic typography

○  Strong sense of visual storytelling, design tonality, and creative composition

○  Excellent knowledge of font pairings, readability, and typographic hierarchy

●    Creativity: Ability to ideate and execute innovative visuals with minimal input

●    Speed: Quick execution without compromising quality

●    Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and receptive to feedback

●    Work Days:

○ Monday to Friday: Work-from-office or Hybrid (based on team needs)

○ Saturday: Work from Home (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)

●    Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

● Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

●  Experience Required: 3–4 Years
