We are looking for a Motion Graphics Artist & AI-First Video Editor who can seamlessly blend traditional motion graphics skills with cutting-edge AI content generation.

You’ll work closely with the creative team to conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality videos and visuals — while actively leveraging Gen AI tools to accelerate and elevate outputs.

This role is perfect for someone who is excited about the future of creative workflows — someone equally comfortable with After Effects and Midjourney, Premiere Pro and Kling AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animated visuals, and edited videos using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
• Enhance and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as needed.
• Conceptualise, script, and storyboard ideas when required.
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos optimised for various platforms.
• Use AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney) and AI video generation tools (e.g., RunwayML, Luma AI, Kling AI) to create innovative content.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to bring projects to life.
• Stay on top of trends in AI content generation, motion design, and digital storytelling.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and creative visualization.
• Proficient in: Adobe After Effects (7/10), Adobe Photoshop (8/10), Adobe Illustrator (3/10), Adobe Premiere Pro (5/10)
• Comfortable and familiar with: Midjourney, RunwayML, Luma AI (basic to intermediate level)
• New Gen AI platforms like Kling AI, ChatGPT (for scripting/ideation), Pika Labs, or equivalents.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling and an ability to adapt styles based on project needs.
• Ability to write or refine scripts to align with visual narratives (good written English is a must).
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Hunger to experiment and push creative boundaries with new AI tools.
