Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer - Telecom to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fullstack development with expertise in Telecom OSS (Operation Support System), UNMS (Unified Network Management System), and FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, and Security Management).

The candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable telecom solutions to enhance network operations and monitoring.

Role & Responsibility

• Optimize database queries and manage large-scale telecom data efficiently.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend services for telecom applications with a focus on OSS, UNMS, and FCAPS.
• Create and integrate APIs for seamless communication between telecom systems and third-party tools.
• Implement solutions to monitor network health, detect anomalies, and automate fault resolution.
• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and security compliance in telecom applications.
• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and network engineers to improve backend efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve fullstack issues, ensuring high system availability.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development using Core Java Fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in OSS/BSS architecture and Unified Network Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of fault, configuration, accounting, performance, and security management in telecom networks.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js along with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Golang.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of network management protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, REST APIs, gRPC, etc.
• Experience in optimizing full-stack services to handle large-scale telecom operations.
• Experience of designing and development of Interface/middleware layer such as SOA, CAL or Orchestrator.
• Experience designing and developing API based on DB schema and associated query.
