Description The Quality Assurance Specialist and Rejections Review Specialist is responsible for data and image quality monitoring, evaluation, and calibration scoring. After a document has been printed, signed, and submitted to the county for recording, sometimes there are issues with the document that prevents it from being recorded. The county will reject the document and return to Orion for review and correction. This position is a critical factor in improving product quality. Pay Rate: $17.00 per Hour Schedule: Monday- Thursday either 7:00AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM Friday either 7:00AM-12:00PM or 8:00AM-1:00PM, In office position Responsibilities: * Daily processing of county rejections to include analyzing, correcting or assigning to team leads, data entry agents or clients if additional information is required to provide a recordable document. * Provide data to management, supervisors, and team leads to assist with coaching, training, and development to data entry operators * Educate agents, supervisors, and managers on Quality Assurance process * Track and identify reoccurring adherence problems and improvement opportunities * Communicates with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner * Complies with and adheres to MetaSource policies and procedures Requirements * High School Diploma/GED * Mortgage industry knowledge * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both written and oral correspondence * Demonstrated ability to think critically and resolve difficult problems * High attention to detail Employment is contingent upon completing and passing a background check and drug test.
